1. What is your MOQ?
We have digital printing machine and rotogravure prinitng machine,for digital printing,there’s no MOQ requirement,but price will be depending on the quantity.For rotogravure prinitng,the MOQ will be based on bag size more than 5000pcs,and cylinder charge is needed,but unit price is much lower.
2. What is the delivery time?
That will depend on your design and quantity, but usually we can finish your order within 15 days after we confirm design and deposit.
3. How can i get a exact quote?
First pls tell me the usage of the bag so that i can suggest you the most suitable material and type, eg, for nuts, the best material is BOPP/VMPET/CPP, you can also use craft paper bag, most type is stand up bag, with window or without window as you require. If you can tell me the material and type you want, that will be best.
Second, the size and thickness is very important, this will influence the moq and cost.
Third, the printing and color. You can have at most 9 colors on one bag, just the more color you have, the higher the cost will be. If you have the exact printing method, that will be great; if not, pls provide the basic information you want to print and tell us the style you want, we will do free design for you.
Forth, quantity. The more, the cheaper.
4. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
Normally 50% deposit after we confirm design, and full payment before delivery. You can pay by TT, credit card, PayPal, Western Union, Trade Assurance, etc.
5. How about the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are different according to the total weight and terms you choose. Normally for cargos below 100kg, we suggest you choose express, like DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc, if for 100-500kg, ship by air is better, while if above 500kg, by sea will be a good idea. Also we can do DDP for you if you want.
Shipping cost changes in different weights, terms and time, we will find the best solution for you before delivery.
6. Do you provide after-sale service?
Yes, of course. First, we will check again and again before delivery, including quality, quantity, packing, etc, and try our best to guarantee that you can receive the best packing bags. After you receive them, we can give suggestions about how to fill, seal and keep them. Besides, once there is a quality problem about our bags, We will take all the responsibilities we should take, actively communicate with you and find the best solution for you.
7. Do you have the certificatioins of the packaging bag ?
Yes , Ting packing ‘s packagings all meet the food grade standard with the international certificaitons , such as the FDA , CO, CE and so on .
